Project Management and Business Analysis Training
Real World Training (RWT) offers competency based training in the areas of Project Management and Business Analysis.
We recognise that training courses have become increasingly accreditation and exam focused to the detriment of teaching real world skills. Whilst we understand the importance of professional accreditation we feel that this has resulted in many training courses becoming focussed on ‘how to pass an exam’ rather than on teaching real world skills that can be applied in the workplace. This can result in significant sums being spent on training but with no real increase in productivity back in the workplace.
At Real World Training we devote 100% of our course duration to proper skills based training. We limit the numbers for our public courses to a maximum of 10 delegates. In our experience training higher numbers than this results in the learning process suffering as exercises become less effective and there is limited scope for supporting individuals or encouraging group discussion.
Our training courses are based on our own experience of working as Business Analysts and Project Managers in the real world as well as direct feedback from our customers. We only ever use instructors who have real world experience of Business Analysis or Project Management and also have the appropriate level of qualification in their respective fields of expertise.
